Objectives of the Forum
The goal of the Forum is to generate constructive dialogue through peer interaction around best practices that enhance engagement with diverse construction contractors. To achieve this goal, we serve as think tank with a focus on identifying resources, unique program applications, mentorship, and other effective methods with proven success offering replicative value to the construction community.
Through a series of four quarterly meetings, we identify high potential strategies for promoting growth and opportunity among the construction industry. We do this through industry research, community surveys, and constructive dialogue with national organizations and community-based groups. This results in updated information on trends and relevant market changes that will provide first-hand information to gauge the current level of progress and current impact of diversity in construction as an economic tool. Our work seeks to be a vehicle for strengthening business partnerships with a diverse multicultural base of stakeholders, including corporations, government, education institutions, and community groups.
