NFDC is a national organization of industry thought leaders aligned as a collaborative think tank to expand opportunities for minority, women and veteran-owned construction contractors. The organization is a not-for-profit entity and meets quarterly at different national locations to share best practices and applications for enhancing the growth of diverse construction contractors.
The National Forum for Diversity in Construction is an organization of industry professionals and thought leaders working on strategic initiatives that promote business opportunities for minorities and women in construction. The group is drawn together from a broad landscape of practice as both practitioners, owners and professional executives to collaborate as a think tank on strategies that will expand construction ownership among diverse groups.
Through shared purpose and mission the Forum does not seek to duplicate programs that work directly with minorities and women in construction, Rather. . . they seek to maximize their collective influence and resources to make a lasting and sustainable difference on minority involvement in the industry. Serving as a not for profit entity, Forum members share a common commitment to expand opportunities for diverse construction contractors across the nation by serving as a catalyst for change in both government and commercial sectors.
Membership in the group is by invitation only. It meets quarterly at different national locations to share best practices and applications for enhancing the growth of diverse construction contractors of scale.
